Holly Agency had the privilege of supporting the Greece-Italy Interreg Program during the 6th Monitoring Committee meeting for 2021–2027 and the 1st Programming Committee meeting for 2028–2034. Held at the striking Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti in Matera, this prestigious two-day event dedicated to European territorial cooperation brought together over 60 institutional delegates from Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, and three different Greek regions.
To ensure the complete success of such a multifaceted international event, the agency handled all aspects of event management with a strategic and tailored approach. The team centrally managed the organizational secretariat, the reception services with hostesses, and the entire complex network of logistics and transportation between Bari and Matera. Every moment of the meetings and networking sessions was meticulously planned, from the venue setups and catering services to the formal dinners, and the participants’ experience was further enriched with an exclusive guided tour of Matera’s famous Sassi.

In addition to handling hospitality, Holly Agency managed the entire production of communication materials and the technical coordination of the event. The agency oversaw the technical direction of the event, setting up live streaming services and providingsimultaneous interpretation—which was essential for breaking down language barriers during the sessions.
The two-part event had a tangible impact, strengthening transnational dialogue and leading to the approval of 13 new projects—funded to the tune of 11.4 million euros—on key issues such as the competitiveness of SMEs, climate change, health, and governance.
For Holly Agency, managing a production of this scale reaffirms a clear vision:the flawless organization of an institutional event goes beyond logistics; it involves creating a meaningful experience built around shared goals, people, and international relationships.
